Description
It has been shown that oat beta-glucan reduces blood cholesterol (especially LDL cholesterol) levels.
Cholesterolemia (high levels of cholesterol) is a risk factor when it comes to coronary heart disease. A beneficial effect is achieved with the daily consumption of 3g of beta-glucan from oats.
HDL Protect Fit is a complex made up of oat beta-glucan as well as vitamins and minerals especially selected to protect the heart and create a natural solution to prevent the oxidation of cholesterol.
Beta-glucans are fibres present in cereals such as oats and barley. In the digestive tract, they form a gel which captures the cholesterol released by the liver.
In the HDL Protect Fit complex, as well as the oat Beta-glucans, the presence of vitamin B, vitamin E, folic acid and chromium forms a veritable protective shield for the heart and the arteries.
Dietary analysis
4 tablets comprise: extract of beta-glucan from oats 1g, extract of green tea leaf 40mg, vitamin E 30mg, vitamin B6 1.4mg, vitamin B12 2.5µg, folic acid 200µg, chromium 39µg (98% of RDI*). Emulsifier: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use
2 tablets to be taken with a large glass of water, 10 minutes before breakfast and lunch.

Pas terrible
Prescrit par ma naturo je les prends mais dose divisée par 2 car c'est un cauchemar d'avaler ces énormes cp même coupes en 2. Je les croque avec liquide ou yogourt mais vraiment désagréable. Bref, pas sur que ça marche pour moi.
